摘 要
近年来,我国铁路事业大力发展,从而对机车车轮的需求量大幅度加大,
就意味着对车轮的各项性能也有了更高的要求,为了能够提高机车车轮的质量
可以充分利设备提高效益,降低生产成本,对车轮机加工工艺进行优化改进。
本文对整体车轮加工工艺的研究背景及本研究课题的来源进行了阐述,对
轮加工在机床、刀具和工艺等方面进行综述与分析。对析车轮结构及材料,整体车
轮加工工艺过程,车轮加工的问题等进行分析。分析切削用量对整体车轮粗糙
的影响。研究切削用量每一要素与刀具使用寿命的关系。对整体车轮机加工工艺进
行设计、改进,包括机床、刀具、安装定位和检测等方面;利用热处理方法改善车
轮的金相组织,解决车轮车削加工与材料硬度间的矛盾,改善车的切削加工性能 ;
根据切削力、粗糙度、刀具使用寿命经验公式优化切削用量。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's railway industry has developed vigorously, and the demand for
locomotive wheels has increased significantly. This means that the performance of the
wheels has higher requirements. In order to improve the quality of the locomotive
wheels, the equipment can be fully utilized. Improve efficiency, reduce production
costs, and optimize and improve the wheel machining process.
In this paper, the research background of the whole wheel processing technology and
the source of this research topic are expounded, and the wheel processing is reviewed
and analyzed in terms of machine tools, tools and processes. Analyze the wheel
structure and materials, the overall wheel machining process, and the problem of wheel
machining. Analyze the effect of the amount of cutting on the overall wheel roughness.
Study the relationship between each element of cutting capacity and tool life. Design
and improve the overall wheel machining process, including machine tools, tools,
installation positioning and inspection; use heat treatment to improve the metallographic
structure of the wheel, solve the contradiction between wheel turning and material
hardness, and improve the cutting performance of the car Optimize the amount of
cutting according to the cutting force, roughness, and tool life experience formula.
